ME work over complexes for fat loss?
Done two weeks now of barbell complexes to start off my fat loss for the TWT. I'm thinking now of going back to my ME routine for several reasons;
1. want to add some strength
2. want to add some muscle
3. in approx. 6 weeks I'm not going to have access to the resources I have now
What do you guys think? I got pretty good results for fat loss last time, though I didn't measure it like I am now.

Reason 3 is good enough to start the strength training!
I would start it, maybe do the complex at the end of the session, only needs to be few rounds though. That's what I would do. How often are you planning train with this routine?

It will be three times a week, in between all my other sessions. Going to have to sit down this weekend and plan it all out so I make sure I get some decent rest periods.
Thanks for the idea about the complexes at the end!

Its good to ask! It stands for Maximum Effort. Not every training day would be or should be a max effort day though, as in, to failure. There are different ways of training when doing Max Efforts, lots of people tend to think that its just the maximum weight you can lift for 1 rep (which is true) but you can also do 5 rep max, 3, 1 etc
Just thought I'd throw in.....
DE: Dynamic Effort = For Speed/Explosive strength! usually using a weight 40-60% of your 1 Rep Max, as fast as possible.
RE: repetition effort/ repeated effort (sometimes written RM, rep max) = lifting a sub-maximal weight to failure - feel the burn!! lol

With regards to mine, I'll be trying to push my one rep max's up.
