I do Muay Thai and walk around about 68kg.
When I up my training I drop to about 63 - 64kg but i fight at 61kg.
I try and train everyday but I have started to feel the pace.
So can you give me any info ?

My weigh in is afew months away yet. The training is going to get harder and harder, which i enjoy its that my body starts to let me down when the mind is willing ha ha.
Trying to find a good suppliment which would help my training but not add the pounds, if that makes sense ha ha.
I know theres no miracal cure out there, you just got to grit you teeth.
But theres got to be something.
I hope my waffle makes sense ha ha

If your mind is willing I'd say you were on to a winner, you can achieve anything!!
I can't advise on supplements (cos I don't know enough!) but if you are training every day and feeling the pace why don't you start a journal and get some advice/input from the experienced guys on here.

I'm probably being really dense, but not sure what the problem is....is the weigh-in on the day or the day before? If it's on the day it's still no problem, if it's day before you can probably add a few kilos before then.
The weight doesn't seem to be a problem - so are you asking about fat loss supplements? If so, are you doing everything else right - 10g fish oil daily, lots of good fats, keeping sugary carbs to a minimum and post-workout, lots of lean protein etc?
Re: Dropping weight
Im not looking for a suppliment to help me drop weight, somthing to keep my energy levels up whilst training. with out adding the weight.
I took creatine it helped with energy but my weight started to increase. A guy who played rugby gave me these testostrone tabs they helped also, but i became an arse on them ha ha
Hope i aint confussed you more.

Re: Dropping weight
Here is my recommended pre workout shake, which may give you a few ideas:
* 25g whey
* 50g wazy maize
* 5g tyrosine
* 3g beta alanine
* 3g creatine
* 3g taurine
* 1g vitamin c
In find that the tyrosine helps the most with energy levels.
