DOMS recovery&training
Right after training like a douche on Friday I have some good quad DOMS going on at the moment. Tonight is Muay Thai. Anyone got any DOMS recovery protocals or advice for training tonight? Training was over 72 hours ago so I should be ok training through the pain.

I still think I should have done those leg kick demos on a live subject...

You tit. Anyway things soon loosend up in the class, better do some stretching before bed. Hopefully ill be ok to be in the gym again tomo.
