Its grim that people like that can be so happy in themselves, I eat a lot and its not clean but my energy requirements are huge (you don't put diesel in a Ferrari y'know Laughing ) I started today with a fry up but this Sunday I undertake my greatest and stupidest challenge yet of a 100km enduro featuring on and off road stuff so I will have to ride my heavy full suss mtb as I don't have a light mtb thats got gears Sad That 5-6 hours in the saddle and I feel hyped!!!! Part f me says I can do it under 5 hours affraid we shall see.

Also can I add i dont eat strict diets or give up things i love as sports are a hobbie for me, when i do the whole strict thing it takes the fun out of whatever the pursuit may be and kills the fun

I will eat cleaner this week as prep as it helps me feel a bit better fruit is the one area i need to be sure i am keeping on top of as i dont eat enough
