Cutting weight!
So the basic princable is to lose more calories than consuming! So i have a few questions!
Should i cut out red meat?
Should i stop eating carbs?
Should i drink less water?

Depends what kind of weight cutting you are talking about, dropping fat or actual weight cutting?

Actual weight cutting! Need to cut down to 72kg from 75-74kg
